sxb the banaadir region can form local administrations without much trouble, but given that mogadishu is the country capital, it has the greater responsibility of forming a national government, and forming a national govt requires the cooperation of all somalis from all regions.

Well puntland is save they have there own administration they elected a new president for there administration. But they are willing to destroy your part of Somalia for their own goals, power hungry people that you don’t see that. They have their own parliament their own guurti and odayaal. And every time they come to the south they choose faction and move it like a chess game. To be honest they are independent from the rest of Somalia but they use you and the blue flag to feel like you guys are on the same boat. While the make their own deals’ if you unite your clans and then make a administration for your own regions. Then you can make sure puntland becomes more dependent on Mogadishu. And that’s the hawiye interest we are working towards.

They have there own parliament they have there own ports leaders they collect there tax. They make their own deals. they have there own Clannish agenda. Somalia does not need a united hutu, history has shown a united hutu does not last long and sooner or later they will turn their guns on each other. What somalia needs however is a stable south.

Besides, I don't think hawiye are the majority in the south, a united hawiye would turn every other clan against them. Banadir state is however a smart idea, and the harti, ogadeen and others can make jubbaland administration.

These regional governments(banadir state, jubbaland, somaliland, puntland) can then afterwards start working together.
