At the market in Jilib, digir typically came mixed, heavy on the fuul and cambuulo. I bought a meat grinder and found that I could usually find enough stuff in the market to make a decent chili. It was one of my staples, and it seemed to me I had little or no dhussa if I changed the soaking water a couple of times. Good stuff.
