that must be the most pointless question i have ever heard: somalis must be the only people on earth who know what they are going eat everyday of the year: 182 days baaris with hilib and the other 182 baasto iyo hilib.i loved when somali woman pretend they cook lots of different dishes. like when my uncle's wife asked him.... war bal maanta maxaan inoo kukariyaa and he is like dee hedhe maxaad isla xariifin labadii miid karii dee

You are right..Mukhbasa was basically either, Sabaayad and moos, or Sabaayad and dates...Fish and stuff is a side dish..but that was the baiscs...
