i dont believe in extremist because our religion is middle religion which Allah used in the quran was'tah. that means not extreme neither neglete the religion.

we're requested to trwat people good and even call other in wisedom and good conduct.
if i see those frown on other people's face, i just know they have an issue with themslves and not what islam teachs.

if you talking about the hadeeth that says: no rahbana in islam which means there was youth in the mosque where fasting and reading quran all day/night and not even work.
that is not in islam. so when this arab guy came to prophet and said: i wll be fasting dahr, which means all the time, pray all night with no sleep etc.

prophet said: i do pray and sleep and i do fast and break fast some days and im better muslim than you're. so in islam we dont have like christanity and jewsh known as rahbanah.

islam is life style and the deen moderation in every thing.

i dont know what you do but my self i sleep, have halal fun and try my best to not talk rubbish and help others as much as i can. and dadka afkeyga iyo ga'anteydaba aman bey iga helaya.

i laso pray 5 times in the mosque, mosjid is 30 seconds away from my house, fast monday and thuesday every week, read quran and that is all i do. it's just easy walle.
