Except for the rocks, it looks like Juubbadda Hoose. That flood looks like it could be between the rivers, but are there any stony outcrops there?

I am guessing somewhere west of Jilib, but near the river.

Qardho is in the Karkaar mountain range with an annual rainfall of around 200 mm which can support an Acacia forest.

Nothing special about it..

It's april, meaning its rainy season in Puntland if these pictures are recent.

Karkaar looks like that. The area is characterized by acacia bushes.
