When I'm on my Monophasic sleeping schedule, I sleep In the nude, can't sleep unless I read a few chapters, door and windows are closed. Two pillows-- I'm using my third one to block the air vent for the nights I talk on the phone, so there's no sound that escapes the room and wakes the rest of the family up. Usually before dawn, so its dark when I get in bed, and the sun is up by the time I'm done.

On my Polyphasic or Uberman sleeping schedule- I listen to a white noise track on my cellphone, set the alarm clock for 30 minutes-- 10 to fall asleep and 20 to be asleep. I repeat the said schedule for 6 times throughout the day, every 4 hours. Which means I get 22 hours of wake time. Best thing if you ask me.

I sleep if I feel like it, don't have a time for it.

Yesterday I went to bed around 9 pm, the day before that I went to bed 5 am!

I don't have any routines, when I am tired I fall asleep within 3 min no book / drinking milk or other crap...

That use to be very common in this country before the 2000's, most companies were closed for a few hours from 11.30 am to 3-4 pm because it was too damn hot.

But now they became like westerners and are going for the 9 to 5 working day.

8 am to 11.30 am / 4 pm - 7 pm was much better
