i voted Kismaayo because i know first hand that the city is booming, Alshabab is just a minor delay. Kismaayos populate are very business savvy they just have stupid admins who dont really contribute anything to the city other than war

Hargaisa is ok, but they are slow almost 20 years peace and after all these years they still did not reach the standards of Sudan, Yemen, Kenya and Ethiopia
the truth is Kismaayo has enormous potential, a deep sea port, fertile land, life stuck that grass as far as Lamu in Kenya, Jubba river etc etc, dont fool yourself people, the desert town has reached its limit and hargaisa is full of Qaldans that just cant get it right

Somalis don't like apartment buildings, But they could easily build a 20+ story high building in Bosaso and each single condo would be sold in no time.
Just for the imagination, It wouldn't look bad
