I'm talking about central Maryland (Montgomery and PG Counties) that are inside the Capital Beltway and wherever the DC Metro buses run

Fah how many times do i have to tell you...Maryland is its own state..and district of Columbia is too..Stop trying to affiliate the two...I know you want to be apart of something bigger and better which is Washington DC and not the small town you live in..which is somewhere in Maryland suburbia

DC is not a state, it is a federal enclave...it has no representatives in the US Congress... I'm sure you've seen the 'Taxation without Representation' on DC tags

and xamari, look at this...

im up there near laurel and beltsville... roughly a 20 minute drive from the district using the Baltimore-Washington Parkway (295)

i go to school in college park... right off the beltway (495 which circles the WHOLE metro area) and that is about 10 minutes from the district

so YES... the metro area is Washington DC....The District itself is SMALL... so its sphere of influence expands from where I live all the way down to NOVA (Northern Virginia)

so when I go to TDOT...I say I came from Washington DC duh
