PIS = Puntland Intelligence Service . It was created by the Puntland administration. Its not a independent agency, its part of the defence office.

Puntland do sell wadaads for money to Ethiopia, and they target those that do not have strong family connections so that no one would cause any rebel or speak against them, Why would they target business people? They target maskiin wadaads for $$. Your uncle can preach all he wants, but will he preach against the administration??? Just like in Somaliland and former somali governments u will be arrested within seconds if you speak against the government.
