Bancade Foundation (BF) is a youth-led organization which is a non-profit, non-political and charitable organization which is committed to promote crucial education and development needs for poor people in Bancade region.
Bancade Foundation believes that education and rural development is a pre-requisite for the social and economic development of the region. The organization was created in response to the urgent need of improvement on the education on Bancade region. The organization is comprised of members of the local population and the Somali Diasporas. Foremost among the goals of the organization is the restoration of full functionality of the school system in the region.
The main objectives of Bancade Foundation are to advocate the formal and informal education for Bancade region, especially the rural population; to promote sustainable economic development, community enhancement, environmental protection, and effective use of available resources.
The immediate objective of the organization is to recruit and pay the salaries of teachers as well as procure the necessary educational equipment needed at Bohol Elementray School. The organization will also serve the community by directing its efforts towards those areas where its experience, know-how, resources and influence would make an immediate and significant difference in the community’s quality of life.
School sponsorship is a unique opportunity for you to make a direct contribution to a school. There are many schools in the region still waiting to be sponsored, which would benefit greatly from regular support and sponsorship.
Our Vision:
We believe that every individual should be able to attend school without worrying about being able to afford it, so for that reason we would like to abolish the school tuition. It's important to have teachers who are qualified and motivated so that they can in turn motivate their students.
Future Goals:
*Our longtime goal is to exterminate analphabetism, it's very important to be able to read and write.
*We aspire to have a safe school environment, where we focus on our students and try to provide the best possible conditions for studying.
*Our main concern is to increase the Quality Of Bohol and near villages Education system.
