somaliland official have tried to inflate the population figure by registering 10 times and asking kids under 5 years old to be registered.

however including with all this the number have come to crunching 1 million.

The question is not the population of Hargeisa but of somaliland, and in their it clearly states..3.5 million.

46 million people are now registered voters but the population of the UK is 61 million. The USA its even worse their voter turn out was 132,618,580, but their whole population is 231,229,58 thats a 51% turn out meaning half the population did not vote. Do you know how stupid you sound when you try and use the voter registration as prove of a countries population. Take into account strong factors exist which will keep alot of people from voting, not wanting to finger printed, not having the time or interested in the whole fiasco.

Whats the difference if we are 1million, 50k or 30million? Anyway somalia hasn't had any census done and even so it is very difficult to count up nomads who keep on moving.

As for this djiboutian fool he loves to say that somaliland is small, warya don't you know that your one city country has less population than Hargeisa.

djibouti sensus done a long time ago was 600 000

there will be a sensus this year and hopefully we should be around 900 000

more than the mutliple registrations, child abused somaliland sensus of less than 1 million.
