Only somebody who repeats Langley's words ad verbatim and lacks the capacity to digest facts and come to a rational conclusion would call Shaykh Bashir's regime 'genocidal'. 'Benevolent', sure, 'spectacular', yes, 'divine', even would be accurate, but 'genocidal' is libel to put it simply.
