Secondly this guy is the most incompetent guy. He has literary done nothing for the city. The monthly revenue(US$ 1.7million) he receives from the port is embezzeled. The city has aqute water shortage. Their is one hospital and 1 doctor for the entire city and the hospital needs financial assistance.These guys have no budgeted projects, they once renovated a main road and charged the business forcefully.

Today he is told to hand back the admin, he is claimming that a qabil is trying to attack and capture the city.

I do believe that if this same guy ran Berbera he would ensure that he catered for the people of that city cos its his qabil but he doesnt for Kismayu.
