Reason?
Come on, its enough that he was killed in such a way, its not right that the kid should be remembered for the way he died. Also it upsets me.

Apologies, I should have asked for a
good reason. If it 'upsets' you don't look at it. His image is relevant to the topic. It helps us understand the man's motives, you should be studying it not complaining.

It kinda upsets me that Arabs as a people are being attacked for this gruesome ordeal.
Not because I love Arabs (nor do I hate them), but because of the stinking hypocrisy by a lot of the participants in this topic. There is no demographic in the world that has done more sick things than white, middleaged men, yet these monkeys are ignoring that and use a child's tragedy to score points against a people they're envious of. Pathetic morons.

My sentiments
exactly. Ku lahaa "motivations". What is the motivation for raping and killing a 4 year old boy in the middle of the mosque besides unparalleled depravity combined with intoxication?
This isn't even a horror story ama wax la mid ah. It's worse.
The little kid inshallah will go to heaven as for that animal, may God give him what he deserves both on earth and in hell.

How did you get that from a seemingly innocuous comment?
If you're actually interested in discussing this topic and not simply expressing faux-indignation, his motivation is very important. If we understand what drew him to the boy, be it lack of supervision in conjunction with the man's own mental deficiencies we'll be able to prevent it from happening again.
I don't enjoy having to explain myself because people are unable to comprehend basic English, I'll call it a misunderstanding and forgive you for now.

The Nomad,
I think you shouldn't remove the image just because someone can't handle it, but no need to be an asshole about it to her, even though she could have requested you to remove it with more class. Talking about showing the image of the boy to see what motivated the rapist and murderer goes too far don't you think? Especially when some men's innate infatuation with young boys and the fact that alcohol played a key role in this case are well established.

This seems clear to me, you said the childs image (his looks) helps explains his rape. I dont enjoy deciphering the ramblings of a potential child rapist, but I'll let it slide just this once

No.
The question you should be asking is 'does expressing a little indignation go far enough?' How will empty posturing help anybody, least of all the child? Whereas identifying why is was able to happen will be very beneficial.
Empty platitudes are all well and good, but some prefer to approach such atrocities from a more constructive perspective.
That's all.

Nomad, the worst kind of arrogance is the arrogance of the ignorant. Remove the innocent child's picture. End of story.

It does to an extent.
If you were at all familiar will psychology you'd realize that appearance is very relevant to pedophiles. I'm not in the business of educating people who don't want to learn. Let those capable of analyzing the crime do so, you stay in your lane.
Stop wasting my time with nonsense.

WTF dude, is May right when she says you are a potential child rapist? It is already established why he did it.
Depravity + intoxication = forcing a 4 year old boy in a Mosque.
What needs to be "deciphered" from the picture of the innocent? It is not even rational. A judge can ask "why did you steal from the store" and a rational response could be "I was hungry". What needs to be asked about this crime that is rational?
