Viva to all the African Teams except for Algeria (bunch of thugs). SA, Cameroon and Nigeria will not do well in my opinion. Not sure about Ghana, i like Ivory Coast as a team but hate Drogba and his exaggerated falls and tantrums.

Cameroon are hoping to recruit Wolves defender George Elokobi for next summer's World Cup finals.


Elokobi, who was born in Somalia, qualifies for Cameroon through his parents and the defender is believed to be keen to pledge his allegiance to the African giants.

I thought it was one of those wikipedia 'facts', but soccernet reports the same thing. Strange, i cant imagine that to be honest, i think its for sharci reasons because he came to play non league football in the UK before joining wolves and theres no way you can get a work permit for non league football. Very odd.
