I can understand the furniture for a hotel of multiple rooms to be that expensive but there is no villa in Somaliland that cost half a million there. I'm not talking about high rises but villa doesn't cost that much inaadeer. Trust me cous. I know this. I spend almost a year in Hargeisa doing modern construction last year

I can tell you right now, there's not a single building that costed more than 500K in all of Puntland. Everybody who pays more than that on stones and bricks in the deserts of Somalia has decided that he's through with life.
