[quote="S_lander-boy don't forget the famous upset Senegal vs France 1-0 Senegal beat a very strong Frence side in the world cup 2002.[/quote]
There is a term used in the NFL world..."by any given Sunday". In other words, any team can beat any team in any given match. The bottom line is, can these African teams compete throughout? The answer is no.
BTW, there're some South American teams with lesser resources then some of the African nations. It's just getting old my friend.
BTW, didn't they say black men are superior athletically by far than any other race? At least historically it has.

Re: African Nations Cup
Dhaga Bacayl it's a good point about the South American teams that also have less resources very true, South American people are Loyal to their nation even if they are not born there they will always want to play for their respective countries, thats the difference between Africans and south americans
There is player that plays for Real madrid named Higuan born in France he is half Argentian half frence yet he choose to play for Argentina but the thing is with African Players most of are Glory Hunters The Frence national team you have a lot of African players that play for France. Africans rather play for their adopted countries rather then their own and that's why you don't have African team that is a power house and has a squad in depth side.

That is a ignorant thing to say In holland we have proffesional Somali football Players the likes like Yusuf hersi and my younger brother plays for the Ajax youth team and what is your issue with Holland ? England and holland are in the same boat both are gaalo countries einstein.

My point exactly.
I think African can ball with the best of them but the question is, can they commit and play for the honor of their beloved nations. The answer is no. With that being said, I will never bet or support African nation in the world cup. It's just frustrating.

Re: African Nations Cup
few reasons why an african country will never win the world cup.
dodgy goalkeepers.
too many red cards.
they lack tactical awareness.
