come on man, the problem is too big and it would not be progressive to try solving it as a whole. split it up into independent units and apply suitable approach to each unit, then combine the units together in a balanced and manageable order.

Let Somalian_boqor rule and in 20 years Somalia will be #1 in Africa.

Yugoslavia just like Somalia, was a country dominated by 3 main ethnic groups. And as well, their was a civil war in the early 90s. Do you know how the problem got solved? They made 3 ethnic states: Bosnia, Serbia, Croatia. All these countries are now prospering. I hope you understand what Im trying to get at.
