Where did I say Allah won't forgive them? I said their blood is lawful and ppl can't forgive them, the person they killed is already gone, his relatives could only forgive him for their part of their emotional anguish and pain, but that doesn't apply to the life being taken, God will deal with that in the hereafter, and he could either punish him or not.

The one on the right just looks evil with no naxariis, probably the one who did the shooting, kulahaa 17 bu jiraa, there is no way he's 17, the other one just looks lost and confused. Both deserve death for killing these three innocent men for no reason.
