I'm sure we cant really compete too much with the coldest Capital in the world, but id def. say we're like waaay up there on scale of 1 to 45, effin freezing hell.

Even so, if you're south of here, that means you're further from the North Pole and closer to the equator. Most people here would probably jump at the chance to migrate to Minneapolis for the winter...of course, they'd walk back without shoes even through a blizzard once they realize it's MINNEAPOLIS

Reminds me of back home. Some firefighters were standing around in front of house that was up in flames. Their supervisor who's sitting under a tree lighting up a cigarette is asked why they're not doing anything about the fire before it reaches the whole block...he says "There's no danger, the house is made of reinforced concrete and the roof is aluminum, none of which is combustible.
