so a muslim has no choice when it comes to governance and law. the one who believes that he has a choice in this matter is the kaffir.

if you think democracy - democracy being more than just electoral/parliamentary mechanics - is suitable and alternative form of government then you're a kaffir. point blank. no if, no buts.
So, basically if you do not agree with my views you are kaffir?

Thats why extremist elements need to be cleansed from Somalia. We need a country where people lisen to each other views instead of saying ''if you disagree, you are kaffir''.

PS: The Somali people will have the freedom to choose whoever they deem fit to rule them, an extremist group from Afganistan can not lay their will upon the Somali people and than use silly intimidation arguments like 'if you disagree with us, you disagree with Islam and thus are kafir'

Hence, why the two 'holy' factions of the religious warlords ('Xisbi Islam' and 'Alshabab') have massacred each other in Jubba regions. How many have died so far? 20, 30, 40 people?

For what have they died? What was the purpose of the conflict between the two religious warlord factions? Were they fighting for 'Islam'? Who was the Kaffir between them? Are the 20-40 people that died going to Paradise? How come men who both call themselves ''Mujahideen'' are fighting and killing each other mercilessly?

There is your answer, they are political factions fighting for political power but masquarading under our beloved religion. Why else would they fight each other mercilessly in Jubba regions and elsewhere?

It is not about his views or extremists, rather all the Muslims and their scholars are in consensus that whomsoever believes people have a choice to reject the Shariah or choose what system suits them best has commited the greater kufr, which expels one from the fold of Islam. Believing that religion should be a private matter and that it has no say politics, is, also simply a rejeciton of the Quran of Allah and the SUnnah of the prophet Muhamad. What they are basically saying is humans beings and politicians have more insight into governance and rulership than Allah swt and his prophet.
