Hargaaysay, they don't look that much jareer this modern day because they mixed with other somalis hence ( intermarriages ) which made their jareer figures less then their original 1s.

Lorddipclock, do you know there is some H.Y sijuis in NFD, i know some Muse Carre sijuis , like second - third generation sijuis, also in tanzania , the great Musician Abdulahi Qarshe was 1 of them the earliest H.Y communities in Tanzania .

There were very few Idoor families in Garissa, Kenya. There was an Cidagale family, around 6 HA (Sacad Muuse) families and 1 Aadan Madoobe family. They have been in Garissa for many years.

In down Kenya and TZ, all the Issaqs sub-clans are represented. Garxajis, HY and HA. One Sacad Muuse guy (with a HJ mother) almost won a parliamentary seat in the last general election in Nairobi [Eastleigh constituency]. His nickname is Johny and his family owns a famous hotel called Ramada in Eastleigh.

The Idoor community in kenya use to be even bigger back in the days but i guess most immigrated back to their homeland and elsewhere.
