Misyar marriage can be defined as a marriage contract between a man and a woman, in which the woman waives some of the rights she would have in a normal Islamic marriage. This sometimes takes place when, for example, there are many women who, as they get older, find it increasingly difficult to marry. In this case a woman opts for a husband who is not able to fulfil the normal marital duties like financial maintenance, or spending adequate time with her, for example. She considers that marrying such a husband is better than remaining unmarried.

why should any1 marry in secret? if you don't wanna leave ur wife and still have the urges for extra exploration, then do the right thing, do what the logic says, have an affair with some1 u can trust and keep ur lips tight. The only other option aside from monogamy is play the rel card, grow some beard, attend the mosque, and wholla u'll be brave enough to have 2 wives in no time.

Ignorant one, don't mistake the Shia with the Sunni. There is no such thing as nikaaxul misyar. And I again refrain from that "I think" chants.

The only ignorant one is you who couldnt differentiate b.w "nikaahul misyar" and muta marriage.I think you are desperately trying to find loopholes in qudbo siro which is a common thing.
It is essential for a woman to have a wali (guardian) to do the marriage contract for her. This is one of the pillars or essential parts of a shar’i marriage. It is not permissible for a woman to give herself in marriage without a shar’i guardian. If she does that, the marriage is invalid and is not a permissible, shar’i marriage, because the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Any woman who gets married without the permission of her guardian, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid, her marriage is invalid.” Narrated by al-Tirmidhi (1002) and classed as saheeh by al-Albaani in Saheeh al-Tirmidhi.

As this hadith clearly illustrates, you can't marry a girl in secret without her guardian (weli). Therefore, Qudbo sirro is Haram.

Please learn you Deen, and get over your ignorance and don't fabricate lies about our beautiful Deen to suit your Satanic desires.

Addow i went home couple of years ago, and i was surprised with what was happening. i had guys renting taxis and filling up cars by the night. they would take this miskiin from her family, wisper in her ear, and take her for a long ride, literally. she leaves her family, and parents alone, and ran off with a jerk. they do what they do, and call the family from baadiye and inform them of the decision. one night, someone came into my place and asked for a lighter or a flashlight. i asked them why they needed it, and they said 'so and so' just ran away with a girl and they are next door without a light. why go though the trouble, why not use 'qudbo siro' as a detterent, and use it as a threat, like 'adeer macaane hadii aad gabadha lacag yar igu siin weydo ama aad halo badan igu xirtid, waan iska qudba sireysan, duurduurkaana kaa soo wicin gabadhaadii oo qodon'

Dhaga,

Its not too late. I learned about this wonderful arrangement through my cousin who was told about it by this Odeey who was puzzled at why his wife had moved away to Cairo and yet my cousin was not remarried.
