I thought people went from DC to College Park to party, not the other way around.

We saw them at the metro station and they were asking where "Thirsty Turtle" is (a bar on the main road by campus) and the bus driver said he doesn't drive there, he drives the shuttle from the metro to the middle of campus. Then, he drops them off near a bus yard not even close to the bar and bam me and my homies was like "they're done"

depends on where you are at... DC is expensive everywhere...Living in DC is just flatout madness, apartments are beyond overpriced and you can't even really drive. I hate that Northern Virginia right next to the city is also pretty expensive like Alexandria and what not. A lot of the Somalis live in Fairfax, Falls Church, Chantilly, Manassas, and other areas like that

Maryland is a lot better, the most expensive place to live is Montgomery County, but after that everywhere else is alright. I guess it'll still be more expensive to out of staters cause it is the capital area, but this area ain't notthin' on NYC or the West Coast

The Baltimore Metro Area is cheap though

fah, indeed DC is pretty expensive. i noticed handful of DC license plates on all the cars around there, i guess folks come to work there and not live huh.

Half a million people live in the district. By noon, there is a 71% increase of people in DC.

A lot of people who have DC Tags live in Maryland and Virginia and not the District actually. But yeah in DC you normally see the Maryland or Virginia plates.

15 years ago, when downtown DC was a craphole, things were pretty cheaper... my family even had a restaurant too
