Well I heard Ina Xoosh made his money by gaining a contract to supply the somali army with uniform from Af weyna's government, and before this he was a Geel Jire.

My mother who worked for Bankiga Horomarka told me that when Af Weyna got in power, all of a sudden Marehan got up graded into top positions in government and business.

Anyone who knows about Somalia at the time between 1969 and 1991, knows that the top businessmen in da country where Isaaq and the majority of politician where Majerteen. But as time went by, while Af Weyna was in power Isaaq and Majerteen were sidelined and slowly replaced by the reer Badiya of Abudwaaq.

I swear by Allah I have nothing agianst Marehan and I see them as my brothers and want nothing but good for them and the rest of Somali's, but somali's should not defend or cover up the criminal act of people from there tribe. The actions of Siyad Barre were not exceptional to him alone. Senior members of Siyad Barre government were drawn from close family members to the point this trickled-down to government department, army, business and all aspects of society. Additionally, the high level of nepotism run deep in his government, to the extent that only certain individuals from certain backgrounds reaped the rewards of this official policy. Now, we cannot deny this policy and we must not be apologist for it. However, I do agree with you that its time that we begun to look at the wider picture and perhaps cease slandering an entire group of people, for they have suffered enough, and stop defaming the soul of a dead man for surely his lord will deal with this acts.

Now, if you want to have a discussion on this issue, let me solicit some advice here - lets not personalise the issue because these issues are bigger than me, you or Hussein. Secondly, what you define as bigotry is to someone else a legitimate cause of concern. We must be able empathies with each other and see where the root cause of our concerns stem from, not to issue insults and deny what history has indeed vindicated.
