They're baiscally the same and the great sheikh habib umar ibn hafiz has said that there only difference is in syntax yacni the way the meaning is expressed in language, and that anyone who highlights their differences is a lost person. But ashari to answer your question.

Funny thing is I have the book The creed of Imam Al-Tahawi which is a predecessor of the two.
