The Marehan can speak on their own but I will speak for my own, Majerteen accomplishments in Somalia (incomplete, these are a few for now).

First musician is wrong, there have always been Somali musicians before Isaaq even existed.

Marehan has contributed a lot to Somalia but the nature of Siad Barre was so larger than life he overshadowed all those things and more that can stand on merit on their own.

What has Isaaq contributed, actually contributed, in a meaningful way to the country known as Somalia and I couldn't think of a single important great thing.
