1) Most people here have very low comprehension skills both in English and their native Somali.

You are Dir and You are from Woqooyi and You are Issaq. What does that make Moahmed Omar, Ismail Buuba, etc.? Are they not Issaq?

Actually the two Sharifs haven't been in agreement on anything lately. As a matter of fact their conflict is what led to the resignation of Fat Boy Slim. Now for Mr. Armaajo, he has no chance in getting confirmed because Shariif Sakiin wasn't apparently consulted with the nomination and he is mad about this guy.
