as for the witnesses you have to have four people who were present in the room when the act was being committed. no hear say allowed in Islam. you have to have four people who sesaw en it with their own eyes.

isnt a hadith where a man came to Umar Bin Alkhataab and he said to him i saw so and commiting adultery, Umar ra said to him, do you have anyone with you that saw what you saw, the man replied no. Umar then said to him (something in the lines of), 'there is nothing i can do about it if there werent any witnesses there with you'. and 'go and never speak about this again.'

proofing someone committed adultery is very hard, thats why at the time prophet muhammed scw there was only one case of stoning an adultera an she came forward herself voluntarily.

...is talking about slave girls Muslim men marry and how they should treat them if the commit zinaa, their punishment is half of whatever a Muslim woman gets. again is doesnt say anything about death. it just mensions how slave girl should be treated by the Muslim men who cant afford to Marry free believing women.
