Bro, it's not about resources. Somaliland hasn't any resources, and a small population is a bad thing. We need a bigger population for a bigger workforce. We need a higher rate of education. What do China and India have in common? A huge population of skilled lower class and a huge population of educated middle-class. Look at the koreans, japanese, singaporeans, hong kong etc. All these indhayar countries with highly developed economies have no natural resources. They developed there country through sectors like industry, finance and technological innovations. Can Somaliland do the same?

it does it has resources oil and all kind of other resources we even have farm land but why are you comparing us with china the next super power saaxib. you should compare us to other african countries. but ur right we need development in industry we even have factories and companies that are growing in the country and we are not even recognized at the moment.we are small comapared to Ethiopia the 70 mil people. But we should let all Ethnic somalilanders come back to somaliland i think thats a great idea.
