Reality is, 99% of Isaaq clans live in Northern Somalia (anything above Canyaba), therefore a country that is dominated by them is their best interest. The problem is, Northern Somalia is also settled by HARTI-DAAROOD. Their interest is to stay with their DAAROOD brothers and SOMALIWAYNE.
