Is there a city in Somalia that doesn't have that overhead cables? its not something unique to kismaayo.

No offence to anyone it is just that P.land is light years ahead on overhead cable management and general rural and urban construction and planing.

-puntland was recently built after 2000
-kismayo has been built decades ago
-there is no war in Puntland and it has an administration
-there war in Kismayo in the last 20yrs and there is no administration until these guys took over recently.

Besides telecoms and electrical power supply lines are recent additions to most somali towns and cities.

It is a case of holding those the profit from the residents responsible for higher standards. Reinvestment of part of their profits into safer infrastructure.

I think i have sided more with Idoors then Hutus and i hardly side with Doros.
