Emperor, Elections happened in Badhan but not Dhahar that is where Puntland took over before the election happened and the ballot boxes were returned. It also didn't happen in Las Qoray and Hadaftimo. In Sool the only dhulbahante degaan that elections happened was las anod, Kalabadh, Xudun,Taleex,Boocame no elections took place and buuhodle. I was there for the elections, and was alarmed at the number of ballot boxes which were retuned.
