Ciise are very misunderstood in here and to somalis that don't interact with them in general. Apparently before the colonist arrived they were the most fiercest clan in warfare. Also as an Isaaq, they are geesi in my book, they helped us when we needed it most

They helped themselves, not you. The Ciise just like every other clan were looking after their own interests. When the civil war broke out in Somalia, they attacked the Western Gadabursi settlements and took them by surprise. The Maamasan and Reer Geedi fought with the Reer Dudub (Riyaale's clan) and Bahabar Muse (Maxamed case). At the end of the war the Ciise were sent back to Djibouti packing, they lost even more land. The alliance with the Isaaq was an alliance of convenience to help the cise grab more land but it failed. So dont think they had Isaaq interests at heart. If that is what you think then you are rather very foolish.

I, once saw a man with a spear and with oil dripping from his head, wearing a short gunti and looked like a hyena, I suspec he was Ciise.

Ruralman you are right ciises wanted to score some old goals back from the gadabuursis but their help for the isaaq nation when we needed them the most was there not just to fight against the Gadabuursi Madaxweynihi hore Djibouti Mudane guleed abti doon ilahay ha u naxariiste qabriga ha u nuure eh When our chairman of the SNM was wounded and was hospitalised in Djibouti the Somalia government at that Time Siyad bare asked The Djiboutian Government to hand over Mujaheed Axmed jimcaale But Djibouti wey ka diiden when he recovered they put him on a special Jet to saudi arabia Second of all. When all hell broke loose in 1988 And the isaaqs fled to Diredhawe and Ethiopia Mudane guleed abti doon Allowed all the Isaaqs to return to Djibouti they even helped with the tranport and food all the Isaaqs refugees From Dirdhawe to come to Djibouti , So it's just not Ciise was against Gadabuursi But they helped us when we needed them the most thats why every cadaw ever ku soo duula Djibouti waanu ka celinayna

I met a Few Dinka So? This whole Notion that somehow Samaroon and Ciise are Mortal enemies is an internet fabricated bullshit. People even brother's fight and disagree but this whole notion that your trying to potray here that somehow Ciise Favour's you by helping a Wounded SNM Soldier doesnt hold truth because with that Logic Ciise must Favour Hawiye since every Somali President elected there is Hawiye. Plus these cheap shot's you and Ruralman taking saying ohh Ciise are some how more Liberal or in Somali Code Whore's as non Religious is cheap.

when it comes to the relations between Cisse and Gadabursi history shows it was always bloody one and these two have always been rivals in Djibouti, in Awdal and even in Ethiopea see how far they took it. there was a war in last century between them wher the casualties was 10,000. Djibouti was always in the hand of Gadabursi until the the Cisse allied themself with the French and honestly if it wasn't for the french they wouldn't even dream of ruling djibouti today. and then they allied themself with SNM/idoor and attacked from the west only to retaliate and take over awdal but they failed.
today the relation is just normal not good or bad but u can easily notice how do they (cisse) still hold grudges.
