The southern sudanese had to force the government of sudan to agree toa referendrum.
This has been done before, countries have split before, Senegal and Gambia, czechoslovakia into chezk and slovak.
Egypt and Syria dring the United Arab republic..


The difference here is that Somalia does not exist in reality only on paper and somaliland exists in reality but does not in paper.
We have no one to negotiate with or force to agree to recognition.

If there is a referendrum it will be held within the borders of Somaliland and only somaliland.
