There are parts of Ceelwaaq in Gedo but the town itself is in Kenya.
I should put a little dot on the Gedo side as well I guess..

Al-Shabaab controls virtually all of the south save for Dolow town run by Barre Hiraale's ASWJ group. Central Somalia's cluster of quasi-independent states of Central Somali State, Ximan and Xeeb and Galmudug (all of whom are now largely under the ASWJ umbrella of military cooperation) as well as ASWJ's own administration of the highway towns into Hiiraan stand as a precarious obstacle between Puntland and Al-Shabaab.

AMISOM and TFG forces have managed to retain control of the airport, seaport and Villa Somalia, but little else.

Somaliland continues their steady advance across the disputed territories, though Buuhoodle has retained their independence thus far.

Somalia has been reduced down from dozens of different factions to basically 4 factions, one of which doesn't consider itself part of Somalia: Somaliland, Puntland, ASWJ and Al-Shabaab.
Your claim that SL is making continous progress is fake. The district of Hudun, Sarmaanyo, and Taleex in Sool are in PL hands. These areas of Southern Sanaag districts of Fiqifuliye and Awrboogays are out of SL hands and in PL. All of Southern Sool including Dharkayn Geenyo, Karin Dabayweyn, and daba taag are also out of SL hands.

You need to revise your map as I have gotten back few months back from the area that I have mentioned and saw the facts.

James,

The TFG controls 6 out of the 16 districts of Benadir. The map is accurate.

Ximaan,

There is Ceelwaq, Somalia and Ceelwaq, Kenya.

Somaliland oo Diiday in Ciidamadeeda Kala Baxdo Widhwidh
Hargeysa (RBC) Wasiirka gaashaandhiga Somaliland Axmed Cadami ayaa ka soo horjeestay baaq ay si wadajir ah u soo saareen odayaal dhaqameed ka soo kala jeeda degaanada Buuhoodle iyo Burco kaasi oo ku wajahnaa in ciidamada Somaliland la saaro degaanka Widhwidh.

Wasiirka oo jawaab ka bixiyey hadalka odayaasha dhaqanka ayaa sheegay in odayaash ay ku deg degaan hadalkooda iyagoo si dhakhso leh u geeyey warbaahinta oo ay u gudbiyeen.

“Waxaa wanaagsaneyd in odayaasha nalasocodsiiyaan waxa ay gaareen balse ma ahayn in saxaafada laga sheego, haatana waxaan u aragnaa wax aan suurtageli karin”, ayuu yiri Cadami.

Wasirka waxaa uu intaa ku daray in maamulka Somaliland uusan go’aansan in ciidankiisa ka soo saaro degaanka Widhwidh, taasina ay tahy go’aan u yaalla dowlada.

Wasiirka waxaa uu diiday inuu si toos ah uga hadlo waxa uu ku diidan yahay talooyinka ay soo jeediyeen odayaasha ka kala yimid Burco iyo Buuhoodle ee ku baaqay in ciidamada laga dulqaado dadka reer Widhwidh maadaama ay dhibsadeen.

Hase ahaatee waxaa uu wasiirka gaashaandhiga Somalilans sheegay in wixii talo ah ay dib isugula laaban doonaan.

Hadalka wasiirka ayaa jawaab u ahaa baaq shaley ay soo saareen odayaal dhaqameedka degaanada Burco iyo Buuhoodle oo kula ka yeeshay xaalada degaanka Widhwidh oo ay dhowaan qabsadeen ciidamada Somaliland, waxayna odayaashu isku raaceen in marka hore ciidanka laga qaado degaankaasi ka dibna laga wada hadlo waxyaabaha kale.

Odayaasha degaanka Buuhoodle ayaa waayadan dambe waday dadaalo nabaded si ay dadka reer Widhwidh ee ay dil joogaan ciidamada Somaliland uga dulqaadi lahaayeen dhibaatada si nabadgelyo ah.

Emperor, the Somaliland armed forces did capture Widh-Widh but SSC forces recaptured the town earlier this year.

The ability of ministers to visit a town is not exactly indicative of ownership, guys.
