Puntland's proposal of only lip service to national unity while secretly harboring desires for total autonomy will not do. Faroole and his provincial government have no business inserting themselves in foreign affairs, as that is the domain of the federal government. We can't have all 84759857854785 self anointed presidents showing up at every meeting and each making different demands.
