This world is not abstract. Living in the world that you do, the politcal environment that you do, the politcal system that we do, where there is increasingly politicalm economic and military interdependency, you cannot Isolate yourself and say I don't care what other countries say or do. The policies, views and actions of other countries will most certainly affects yours. The significance of this statement then, is that Somaliland is recognised as an existing government of a peaceful area where people live in peace. This increases the chance that there will be trade and political links with other countries in the world and opens up many oppertunities for Somaliland.

There is nothing more despicable than to use the holy Qur'an and islam to further your flimsy agenda. You talk about muslimnimo yet your hate for Somaliland is as clear as the Ugandans in somalia.

We don't have the pure western type of democracy which could conflict some Islamic principles. I am all for adoping Islamic Sharia Law in Somaliland, just not, as Al-shabaab would have, by killing everyone who is opposed to them and bombing mosques, student graduations and hotels as well as suicide bombings. I am also not for imposing trict laws that are innovations rather than the requirement as per Allah's word i.e. covering women from head to toe by force. Al shabaab consider themselves more Islamic than other Muslims and falsely present the Idea that they are the only ones capable of delivering Sharia law. Recognition is political, not to do with religion. What a despicable attempt to impose and generalise a false image about Somalilands, who are 100% muslims. Somaliland aint dividing nobody, any Somali can live peacefully in the Muslim state of Somaliland, one of the many Muslim countries in the world.
