Bosaso will definitely be there in 5 years when the urban planning work continues and all the new glass offices planned are completed (Golis, Iftin, etc.). I would also say Garowe is going to be at that level but smaller, especially all of the public works going on to build roads and organize the town. Size is not the most important factor, its about urban planning and Bosaso+Garowe are doing better than any other place in Somalia today in that respect, the work being done today is monumental, the cities are being stripped down and rebuilt structurally. Good days are ahead.
