Europe countries aa kala ah. But as always some people lie to get more money than is their due but usually in European countries you don't have to lie, the governments try to encourage reproduction by giving child allowances and tax breaks and cancelling debt and the list goes on and on. The UK just cant afford to encourage reproduction as it used to and as Scandanavia and Germany still do.

Britain has become a broke and broken society. Sad sad situation.
