It's no secret Somali people openly criticise and reject Saudi culture i.e Wahabisim. We criticise their lack of military influence on the world or their involvement with the west. So why do you expect them to give you more just because you're another muslim nation of many doesn't mean you're allies as we don't agree with their foreign policy either.
