Bole Rwanda is not the best part of Addis Ababa. It is good compared to Bole Michael and some other neighborhoods though. But I agree Ethiopia is a very dirty and disgusting place. There is so much water there and people there look like they have never taken a shower and they probably never did. And they smell like it too.

You've been there. Well, that's what we were told, apparently it was given the name because of the Rwandan embassy. You were safe if you kept to the hotel/house you were staying in, but if you come out...all the world's perverts,physically sick and smellies will greet you and harass you, if not with their hands then with their eyes. Skin crawl.
