Correction: Ethiopia is enlarging Berbera port for it's own usage. It operates it freely, with no restrictions or regulations. It's a property of Ethiopia, until Somalia gets its act together.

Ethiopia uses Berbera Port freely. In fact, it has a full control over it. Whatever comes down for Ethiopia in that Port can't be regulated by the Somalidiid Authorities, and whatever it is exporting, can't be regulated by your Authorities. As for Somalidiid source of income, look to the Northern West, a small place called United Kingdom and a Kuwa isbaheystay called European Union.

Dude, we all know that the SNM Terrorists are funded primarily by Western Powers, such as the UK, EU. It's main Port is under the hands of Ethiopia. Ethiopia recently bought 200 Soviet T-72 Tanks from Ukraine, which Port will it use? Most likely Berbera.
