What about cities like Kismayo, which have different clans living there. Despite all the loud claims from different clans? Should we set up militias again and rinse out whoever is the weakest?

The solution to Somalia's problems is simple and can be achieved overnight. The problem is no-one is willing to compromise and everyone is looking at the short-term instead of the the long-term. This shows they don't care about the future generations who have to suffer because of their greed and stubbornness.

Until Somalis as a whole start to look at the bigger picture past their clan/tuulo mentality we will never escape this quagmire.
