I seen it too. It is pretty funny. I loved the part when the dude was in prison and he just said to the guards he is supposed to get out. They smacked him the head a called him a dumbass for getting in the wrong line, and then they let him out

Benaale,

Waalid or no waalid this is a crazy world and it is a witness that Somalia is really, really screwed up  We hear all kinds of weird stuff left and right.

Who would let his daughter or his sister to be humiliated like that? Yes, the girls are to blame too..But I assumed the guy is from the West and he has some cash that is why
the girls are throwing themselves on him. This has become the norm of those hungry people...

there are no enough Somali men for all Somali women therefor some men have to sacrifice and bond with 2-4 women.

Kambuli,
Why are you assuming that the bride is from the west?

Isn't it the norm for many muslims to engage in polygamy? what is the difference if this is done aon one occassion or at different times.?

Wish the bride and the grooms "wiil iyo caano" and "bash bash iyo barwaaqo" instead of engaging in assumptions.

Abdalla, I thought your somali was better than this; the statement " hal habeen aqal qudh ah.... " could mean the same house and not the same room. Qol=room ; aqal=house.

Aqal could also mean marriage ; "waa la aqal geeyey"

Monday,

Thanks huuno  I am glad you didn't at least turn a blind eye on the humiliating situation..Bah dil fowqal bah dil weeye... and it is also dhaqan xumo..

Lamagoodle,

I am not a fan of ''godadle" in general..But this case is a disgusting one..I maybe wrong with my assumption but still this act of bringing two girls in the same bedroom is unspeakable act.
I am one hundred percent sure that you wouldn't want the same thing for your daughter or your sister..

BTW aqal qudh ah means..One room..as in this case we are shown the "Aqal Somali".. Since when aqal Somali consisted of rooms

Kambuli, it is wrong to assume that he brought them in the same bedroom.

There are many things human beings do even though they do not want the same thing for others.

Kambuli is right. waxaan waa edeb daro. Im just utterly baffled by the fact that the girls family accepted this farce. Walle, gabadheyda haddi ahaan laheed, meesha karbash baa ka dhici laha. If a nigga wanted to marry my daughter + another woman SIMULTANEOUSLY, badda baa ku dhex tuuri laha, and let him drown.

Benaale and Abdalla,
Do you approve of polygamy? in that case, your statement above does not make sense; it does not matter if the marriage occurs simultaneously or at different times.

Why do you find this morally disgusting?
