You TELL him union. Salute.....

Molestation--is born out TWO major reasons. (or is higher in two major circumstances) Both circumstance are filling in a sexual 'VOID" that is missing, replacing beautiful females with little innocent, hair-less boys. Sad really.

1. A sexually repressed society-- ie ---Arab countries and the Muslim countries.(and apparently Muslim Indians, ie Pakistanis which is HYPER radicals and repressed)

2. Western Society aka Christian countries-- Ie AMerican, Europe, However, in the second happentance or circumstances---it is born out White creepy older male with smaller phenomenon Gu.ses that DO NOT impress upon adult women but work wonders on innocent, minuscle little bodys like children. A sad reality-- but no doubt a reastic occurance.

I don't need to read the article to know that an imam who happens to be a molester is east-Asian. I swear this is very common in East Asian countries my own Asian friends who would tell me of the strange behavior of their ''teachers'' and even uncles and male-cousins. Yet, they do not speak of this issue and push it under the rug

Once the accusation of child molestation is out there, regardless of the facts, it is irreversibly true.

If he did that, may he rot in hell.
If he didn't and it was a set-up, may the conspirators burn in hell.

We muslims have a nasty habit of fearing other people more than we fear god. We love to dust unpleasant things under the rug quickly and quietly. These kinds of things should never be kept in secret, and I hope this story sets an example. We worry too much about 'reputations being destroyed' than we do about justice being served, because of that many parents are lulled into a false sense of security and trust their children with other muslim men and women alone just because they're muslim. Yet even muslims sin and many parents have had to learn that the hard way. Its a vicious cycle that needs to be stopped. If this man is innocent then his reward is with allah, I for one will never ever believe the word of an adult over a child who claims to have been violated. Its the children that need protecting, not grown men involved in molestation scandals.

I wonder if we should use him as an example, even if he's innocent.

the example isnt in the punishment, it's in the act of coming forward.

Apparently some people are sayin' his confession to the accusations was misunderstood. They say he admitted to have touched the boy but not in a sexual way. :? In other words, he has touched the boy's skin, surface, body whatever u wanna call it be he never touched him to to please or fulfill a sexual desire he had for the kid. The normal everyday touch from handshake to pat on the back. that's what I am hearing from the people. The news has spread within the city, gaalo and muslims equally. Most people don't believe he did such a thing.

another story that's been speculated is that the shaikh and his wife had some conflicts for a while. He had mentioned to her, before going to hajj, that he'd leave the country for good. His wife wants to get his house and to do that she must get rid of him first. That's another story that is being disseminated around. Allah knows best and personally, I still remain skeptic.

I still say, regardless of the facts, the dude's been labelled, so it is now irreversibly true.

If I were him i'd probably care less whether I'm labelled or not. I think there's much more at stake than his sharaf.
