Are you guys disagreeing just for the sake of it?

These are the kind of houses you get in that area. There are some places that limit the colours people can paint their houses, even in the UK but generally speaking houses are pretty colourful over there. What I like about the colour of the house HKing posted is that the colours work well together.

BV that yellow is nasty it should be white or a more Subtle yellow

The photo quality is not very good but that colour is different. refreshing and I like it!

BV, Muqdisho is a city, maybe in Marka or some other places but we dont want xamar looking like balamory

People in Xamar should choose for the simple white colour.
If they pick weird colours it will look like c/waaq. I dont think that would be beautiful.

Fair enough if this is bang in the middle of the city then it would look weird but in residential areas near the beach, why not?

But actually come to think of it, I've seen photos of the houses along the beach and they were all white.

Mogadishu certainly some of the best villas i have ever seen, but there needs to a building code. You cant have an orange house next to a green house next to a yellow house. This aint some gay republic

You're right, if it was all white or beige it would have looked amazing. Especially white, because Xamar Cadey is supposed to be Xamar Cadey. Most mediterranean cities and villages don't allow builders to choose any other colour than white.

This doesn't look mediterranean at all, it looks confused and sloppy.
