You know who i look like, have you ever seen two young somli girls wearing garbosar and they are laughing its kinda a picture that you see a lot it was even on the evening standard once. i was told i looked like one once but i cant find the picture

Picasa, last I new was pretty great.

Gimp, if you know how to use it.

Google "online photo editor" and you'll get a few you can use immediately.
