OIL had been a Curs to all African OIL producing countres. discovery of Oil had only coused lot of trouble and hardship. in this case in Puntiland i believe in oil will bring nothing more than what oil had brought to the other african oil producing countres whichs view people will become very ritch and rest of people will never see a not even a cent from the Oil.

wow 55% is a very good deal for the first time. usually they settle for 30 percent for goverment and 70 percent for the company when they first start drilling.
