Yes, I heard the same story. Apparently the Suldaan had a meeting in the Mudug Council Building to discuss the over-lasting Wagardhac VS Majerteen Beef in Gaalkacyo, and the moment the Suldaan got off the car and was walking towards the building two uniformed Puntland polices forces shot at him numerous times and ran off. The Sade elders and Ugaaska Beesha Sade Bari has told Puntland and its elders to hand over the killers. The sad things is that Wagardhac are hot-headed and are in the verge of declaring all-out war against Puntland, thats why its best for Puntland to hand over the killers before the Mudug Wagardhacs start to become impatient.

Ximan, yeah I have a good understanding of lineages be it Darood, Hawiye, Isxaaq. Lakiin, Reer-gadiid are the most northern Wagerdhac living in Mudug and have recently moved back from dhulka Galakacyo and stuff, and if I know them well they won't start a war (no one has capabilities to just start wars that easy now) but they will seek revenge unfortunately and not kill the culprit but someone they believe is equal in status to the marxuum.
